Helen is an experienced User Researcher, supporting departments to design & deliver services that meet the real needs of users. A Psychology graduate, Helen has a strong understanding of human behaviour and is passionate about improving outcomes for young people in the area of mental health. Helen is safeguarding and SEND lead across some local primary schools.
